   concerns you may have as they come up, including on-site.  In addition, written summaries of 
   our job site meetings are provided in order to make sure we are all on the same page.

3. Service after the Sale
   We stand behind our work with an in-house warranty taking a proactive approach by contacting
   you thirty days, six months, and again at eleven months after closing in order to identify any
   issues that need to be addressed.
